Send a question, a bug report, or an idea. Messages go straight to the person who builds CloudShots, and every one of them is read.

Before you write

• For a bug, the app version, your device and system version, and what you did just before it happened make the fix much faster.
• CloudShots also has a Report a Problem screen in Settings, which sends the description you type without leaving the app.

Purchases and refunds

Purchases, refunds, and subscription changes are handled by Apple through the App Store, not by us.

What happens to your message

The form delivers your name, email address, and message to our inbox and keeps no other copy. Your email address is used to reply to you and nothing else. See the Privacy Policy for how CloudShots handles the rest of your data.
