Refund Policy

Effective October 7, 2026

CloudShots Pro is sold through several checkouts. Which policy applies depends on which one you used.

• App Store: Apple bills and refunds under the Apple Media Services Terms.
• Dodo Payments, on cloudshots.app: Dodo Payments is merchant of record under its Buyer Terms and Privacy Policy; the policy below applies to purchases made this way.
• Gumroad, on cloudshots.app: Gumroad is merchant of record under its Terms and Privacy Policy; the policy below applies to purchases made this way.

App Store purchases

Apple processes every App Store purchase and refund. To request one, go to reportaproblem.apple.com and follow Apple's steps. We cannot issue, see or speed up an App Store refund.

Purchases on cloudshots.app

We sell two tiers on cloudshots.app, both delivered as a licence key: Pro yearly ($9.99 per year) and Pro Lifetime ($24.99, one-time). Your key is emailed to you when the purchase completes.

7-day refund

You can get a full refund within 7 days of your first purchase of either tier, for any reason, no questions asked. After 7 days, a lifetime licence is not refundable.

Free week

We sometimes offer a free week of Pro on Mac instead of a paid checkout. It is not refundable, because nothing was paid for it.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a yearly subscription at any time. Pro stays active until the end of the paid year, and you will not be charged again. If a renewal goes through and you have not used Pro since, we refund that charge within 7 days of it.

After a refund

The money goes back to your original payment method. When it arrives depends on your bank, so check with them; 5–10 business days is typical. Your licence key is deactivated and Pro features stop on every device.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your order number or the email you used at checkout, or use the link in your receipt email. We answer within 30 days.

EU and UK customers

If you live in the EU or the UK, you can withdraw from a purchase on cloudshots.app within 14 days and get a full refund; email [email protected].
